You can offer a free phone call to your website and banner ad visitors.

It allows the websitor visitor to call you for free over normal telephone lines.

The minute that the web visitor enters his telephone number the LiveTelephone service reacts:

1. It calls your telephone number (which you pre-configured in your account)
2. Your phone rings and after you picked up you hear a message saying “We are connecting…”
3. Now it calls the telephone number entered by the website (or banner ad) visitor
4. When he picks up his phone you are connected

The service records the call details in the Call History and sends you an email message with those details, including the caller’s name and telephone number. That is = you have a sales lead on your email, even if you don’t pick up the phone!

You have Full Control

LiveTelephone is designed so that you are in control of your Click-to-Call account. You can configure and top up your Click-to-Call account online and all changes you make are operational the same second. This way you have full control over who and when can call you from your website or banner ads.

You set:

* Your telephone number (this is where the calls will ring)
* Your time zone
* Your business hours when you want to accept calls from your visitors per weekday
* If you want to accept calls from mobile phones
* If you like to receive an email message with call details
* Select countries where web visitors can call you (your country only, your region or world wide)

Call History

All LiveTelephone calls are logged in our database and in the Call History tab of your LiveTelephone Control Panel.

You can view the latest calls including IP address of the visitor, phone number, destination, call status and time of call.

You can also add a short comment to the call to remind you of any discussed details or the callers name.

You can ban visitors from calling you again.

LiveTelephone is fully integrated with Promptchat, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.

Can I have hundreds of LiveTelephone buttons billed to one LiveTelephone account?

Yes. In every prepaid LiveTelephone account multiple user accounts can be configured. Each Click-to-Call button is billed under its own user account. So you can have a billing overview per each LiveTelephone button no matter where it is. All can be configured on-line.

Can I connect one ‘web visitor caller’ to different departments in my company?

Yes. In the form code you can include a drop down box where the banner ad visitor selects the department (sales, billing, support, etc.) and clicks the LiveTelephone button. Or we can use multiple Click-to-Call buttons to route the banner ad visitor to the right department.

Which browsers are supported?

LiveTelephone is thoroughly tested to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Other browsers should work, but these five are guaranteed.
