MANUAL PROACTIVE MODE:
The Operator has the ability to follow the site visitor around the site and intervene at his/her discretion.
Can typically be used when you can see someone has been stuck on a certain page for a while OR you just are curious about what they want.
Disadvantage is if not used wisely can send site visitors packing.
If the Manual Proactive method is used wisely though you will get more conversions.
