Program Details

The Enterprise Source Licensing Program (ESLP) licenses Promptchat source code and Intellectual property to qualified enterprise customers who need to hold the purchased source code as asset in-house. The ESLP provides source code for most major releases and service packs of Promptchat (chatbot builder platform, live chat and integrations).

ESLP licensees may only use the source code for the purposes of assisting in the support and development of internally deployed applications on the Promptchat platform supporting Promptchat or Private label deployments. 

Source code may only be used to assist with the development of a commercially distributed private label product when a valid co-development contract is in place and where Promptchat is an active development partner.
